Founded in 2014, Thicket Labs was a pioneering technology company dedicated to enhancing stakeholder engagement and strategic management in complex ecosystems.

In 2016, global technology consultancy Thoughtworks was exploring emerging technologies of interest to their clients. Their Emerging Technology team approached my startup Thicket Labs and asked us to collaborate on a virtual reality prototype because of our expertise in data mapping and visualization.

I led a team to work with McGill University to dynamically and accurately match individuals experiencing homelessness to shelters in real-time.

I was hired by Openbox to rethink their portfolio strategy and determine whether it made sense for them to build out a new business vertical that offered strategic design and management consulting services as a full-service design studio. Together, we discovered that the opportunity was larger than that.
