By accessing this website, booking a session, purchasing a service, or ordering a product from Tiny Little Cosmos (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or site.
1. Payment & Booking
Your session or service is confirmed once payment is received.
2. Services (including Anchor & Action, Plot & Pulse, and Tend & Transform)
Sessions are fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase (based on the original purchase date/time). After that, all sales are final.
You may reschedule a session up to 72 hours before your appointment at no cost.
Rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment will incur a 10% rescheduling fee.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
3. Digital Products & Custom Creative Work
All sales for services, digital products, and custom creative work are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once work has begun or files have been delivered.
4. Physical Products
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at start@tinylittlecosmos.co with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
Approved returns must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
Unless otherwise specified, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Scope of Service
Tiny Little Cosmos provides creative and strategic services through the following offerings:
Anchor & Action — Planning and facilitation to help you clarify priorities, explore ideas, and create actionable strategies.
Plot & Pulse — Creative direction, design, and production services for artists, campaigns, and other projects.
Tend & Transform — Facilitation and strategic guidance for teams, communities, and organizations navigating change.
These services can include creative direction, goal-setting, structured decision-making, design and production, and, where relevant, marketing and communications recommendations. They do not include therapy, legal services, financial advising, or other regulated professional practices.
6. Deliverables
Deliverables will be tailored to the priorities set during the engagement. Depending on the service, these may include prioritized plans, schedules, calendars, design assets, community agreements, strategic recommendations, or marketing and communications materials. All deliverables will be provided in digital format unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
We will keep what you share private unless you give written permission to share it, or as otherwise allowed under the Marketing & Testimonials section below.
8. Marketing & Testimonials
By engaging our services, you grant Tiny Little Cosmos permission to reference our work together in marketing materials, case studies, and portfolios. This may include a brief description of the project, the results achieved, and non-confidential materials we created. We will not share sensitive or proprietary information without your prior written consent, and you may request that references be anonymized.
9. Liability
While we bring our full attention, experience, and expertise to every service, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. All decisions and actions you take after a session or project are your own responsibility. By booking or engaging our services, you agree to hold us harmless for any results, consequences, or decisions that follow from our work together.
10. Teams & Groups
If booking for multiple participants, the person making the booking is responsible for sharing these terms with all attendees.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, designs, and content provided during services or available on this site are owned by Tiny Little Cosmos unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except for personal use of materials provided directly to you.
12. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site. External links may be provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions will first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, internet or power outages, pandemics, or illness. If such an event occurs, we will work with you to reschedule affected services or, where appropriate, issue a refund for undelivered goods or services.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
