Anchor & Action sessions are focused, highly structured sessions that help you untangle a specific strategic challenge, clear a roadblock, or rapidly map your priorities.

The process is simple and entirely on-demand:

1. Book on your schedule: Select and purchase a 1-, 2-, or 3-hour slot directly through the site.

2. Complete the intake: You'll fill out a targeted pre-session survey so we can build a customized agenda and hit the ground running the moment the call starts.

3. Discuss and evaluate: We begin the heavy lifting during our live session, but it doesn’t stop there.

4. Analyze and research: I record every session and carefully review the transcript to pull out insights and draft recommendations. I then conduct additional research to finalize recommendations and create a prioritized action plan and storytelling deliverable.

5. Plan and act: You receive your deliverable within 3 business days so you can execute your next steps with ease and efficiency.

6. Discuss and revise: The final optional step is a one-hour call to hand off the plan, address any concerns or questions, and make any necessary changes to the plan.

I offer transparent, flat-rate pricing based on the length of the session and whether it's for an individual or a team.

For Individuals:

• 1 Hour: $1,500

• 2 Hours: $2,500

• 3 Hours: $3,500

For Teams:

• 2 Hours: $5,000

• 3 Hours: $7,500

Your investment covers much more than just the time we spend together on the call. To ensure we maximize every minute of live collaboration, every session includes:

• Pre-Session Tailoring: I review your pre-session survey responses and build a customized agenda specific to your goals.

• Live Facilitation: Complete focus and dedication to helping you achieve your goals during our 1- to 3-hour session.

• Post-Session Synthesis: A comprehensive write-up delivered straight to your inbox, outlining our session insights, research-backed recommendations and a suggested roadmap.

• An optional one-hour follow up call to discuss your results and any needed revisions.

• An optional revised deliverable within two business days.

Note: Team sessions carry a higher rate to accommodate the added complexity of multi-stakeholder alignment.

The Pre-Session Tailoring is specifically designed to start the alignment process before we meet in person. You aren't walking into a generic workshop; you are walking into a space I have curated based on your current project scope, stated goals, and opportunities and challenges. By the time we speak, I will have already mapped out an agenda that meets you where you are and where you want to go, with some ideas about the best pathways to bridge that gap.

The session includes an optional follow-up call and the ability to request revisions within two business days. This feedback loop ensures that as you begin executing, you have a partner to help you pivot, refine, and address new pathways that emerge as the project evolves.
