  • We meet on video or in person. Using guided exercises and visual tools, we’ll surface what matters most, name your stuck points, and create a flexible but focused action plan. You’ll leave with renewed clarity, a tangible set of next steps, and simple ways to track your progress.

  • For Individuals

    When it’s just you and me, we can go deep. We’ll clear away the clutter, map your vision, and name your priorities. You’ll leave with a personalized action plan that’s grounded in your own pace, style, and ambitions.

    With two to six people, we add a layer of collective alignment.   • That’s totally fine. We can use the session to identify it. Many people come in with a tangle and leave with a map.

  • I’m based in Los Angeles, but Anchor & Action isn’t tied to any one place. Sessions happen in cozy studios, sunlit living rooms, video calls across time zones, or anywhere a new direction begins. I travel for on-site facilitation as needed.

  • Sessions are available year-round, with a limited number each month so I can give each one my full attention. Some people come in for a single turning point; others make it a seasonal or annual ritual to reset their course.

  • To get your preferred time, it’s best to book 2–3 weeks ahead, especially if you’re timing your session with a launch, season change, or big decision.

    • Two-hour sessions are $600

    • Three-hour sessions are $900

    There is no difference in price from individual to group sessions, but there is a limit of up to six participants. Purchase a 3-session bundle for an additional discount.

    Zoom calls, and digital-only follow ups are included and do not cost extra. Any associated facilities, printing, travel, and lodging expenses are not included and will cost extra.

    I offer one pro bono spot for an individual each quarter. If cost is a barrier but the work feels like a fit, please reach out.

    These rates reflect not only the session time but also the preparation and facilitation, and a custom written plan delivered within 24 hours—a level of follow-through that many short strategy sessions elsewhere do not guarantee.

  • Session and add-on fees cover the cost of my time (prep time and coordination, facilitation, documentation, research, analysis, copywriting), the costs of running a small business (marketing, operations, accounting, and legal), and a profit margin that goes to growing Tiny Little Cosmos as well as the entire cosmos: In 2025 and 2026, 5% of profits from all Anchor & Action sessions will be donated quarterly to the Southern Poverty Law Center. Each January, I’ll release an annual impact update so you can see the difference your session helped make.

    • Sessions are fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final.

    • You can reschedule a session up to 72 hours in advance at no cost.

    • If you need to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, a 10% rescheduling fee will apply.
