3. Collaborate in real time: We walk through a structured review process to refine your narrative, strategic plan, or vision.

4. Analyze and synthesize: I review the session to extract insights, conduct additional research, and finalize recommendations before moving into design and layout.

5. Receive your deliverable: You receive your fully polished deliverable within 10 business days so you can hit the ground running.

6. Review and refine: The final step includes an optional 30-minute follow-up call and up to three rounds of revisions to ensure everything is locked in before final hand-off.

• Strategy: $5,775

• Vision: $6,300

Payment is due at booking to secure your live working session and initiate pre-session intake analysis.

You are provided full ownership of the final, customized deliverable and brand assets I produce for your organization during the session, giving you the perpetual right to use them externally and implement them internally.

Please note that while full rights are transferred to you upon completion, Tiny Little Cosmos reserves the right to feature and showcase all created and transferred work within our studio marketing and public portfolio.

Tiny Little Cosmos also retains ownership of our underlying methodologies, frameworks, tools, and templates.

Yes. For projects requiring heavier execution weight or a multi-week timeline, I offer structured production sprints spanning three or more weeks. These engagements feature a mandatory kick-off on Day 1 and a final sign-off on the last day, paired with dedicated, asynchronous production blocks and optional weekly check-ins as needed.

These projects are scoped separately from TLC Design Packages.

All sessions include extensive pre-session intake analysis before we meet. Due to the advance preparation time required for each engagement, my policy is as follows:

• 24-Hour Grace Period: Sessions are fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, sales are final as work begins.

• Standard Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session at no cost up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled start time using the link in your confirmation email.

• Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment incurs a 10% administrative fee to cover calendar holding and preparation costs.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of your session, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
