How to Make Change Through Government – Art Print with Hanger
Looking for a meaningful, inspiring gift for the student or teacher in your life?
Follow the winding path from “Start” to “Gain New Ground” with this illustrated “How to Make Change through Government” art print with hanger. Designed like a classic board game, this playful, map-like visual journey moves through stages such as research, oversight, evaluation, campaigns, and policy, turning civic engagement into an approachable and actionable experience. Hang it in a classroom, study space, kid’s room, community meeting room, or government office as a colorful reminder that meaningful change takes curiosity, persistence, and participation.
Printed with vibrant giclée colors on museum-grade archival paper, it brings both educational value and character to an indoor wall. Each magnetic poster hanger is handcrafted from solid wood and available in sizes from 30-100cm, suitable for both portrait and landscape prints. Ships in a rigid cardboard tube for safe delivery.
Product features
Ready-to-hang art print with a wooden poster hanger
Discreet magnetic fastening and color-coordinated hanging cord
Museum-grade paper designed for long-term storage without yellowing
Bright, fade-resistant giclée printing for vivid color reproduction
Full-color design with a light-absorbing matte finish (eliminates glare under fluorescent lighting)
Available in 18" x 24" suitable for classroom, home, and office display
Choose from black, white and natural oak hanger colors
Sourced from the USA; ships worldwide
Care instructions If the poster gathers any dust, wipe it off gently with a clean, dry cloth. To remove spots or smudges from acrylic or glass, we recommend applying glass cleaner to a clean, soft, dry cloth or paper towel and then to the surface so that the cleaner does not settle on the frame, then buff the surface dry to remove any streaks.
Origins & Design Team Originally conceptualized during the 2020 election season (while Deepthi Welaratna was leading the research and editorial design for the California Progressive Voters Guide), this poster was created to inspire young voters and first-time participants as part of the book The Art of Voting by Alison Mann and Stephanie Perea.
Paula Rogers: Illustrator (award-winning writer, illustrator, and creator of Swiped, All for Show, and Blind Data)
Kiersten Nash Matsui: Typesetting and layout (founder of Public Works Collaborative)
Deepthi Welaratna: Original concept, writing, and creative direction (founder of Tiny Little Cosmos)
