Chief Technology OfficerMorgan Fogarty
Morgan is a software engineer and technical lead who builds robust, production-ready digital products out of complex design visions. Her journey into software architecture is grounded in a deep understanding of structure, flow, and user experience, built on seven years of full-stack engineering experience across high-growth fintech startups like Forge Global and Regate.
As Technical Lead, Morgan leads all engineering execution at Tiny Little Cosmos, bridging high-level design concepts with clean, scalable code — including architecting custom web platforms, implementing strict accessibility standards, and managing complex data workflows using Ruby on Rails, React, and modern web infrastructure.
Morgan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Kansas and spent over fifteen years as a movement instructor, Pilates teacher, and university dance professor. That background in physical discipline, sequence, and spatial awareness directly informs her approach to code, building digital environments that are as intuitive as they are technically sound.
Having lived and worked across key U.S. cultural and technical hubs, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, New York City, and Portland, Oregon, and now based in the Paris area, Morgan brings an adaptable, cross-cultural perspective to her engineering practice.
Beyond software development, her creative work spans independent publishing, digital illustration, and language instruction.
