The process is simple and entirely on-demand:

1. Book on your schedule: Select and purchase a 1-, 2-, or 3-hour slot directly through the site.

2. Complete the intake: You'll fill out a targeted pre-session survey so we can build a customized agenda and hit the ground running the moment the call starts.

3. Discuss and evaluate: We begin the heavy lifting during our live session, but it doesn’t stop there.

4. Analyze and research: I record every session and carefully review the transcript to pull out insights and draft recommendations. I then conduct additional research to finalize recommendations and create a prioritized action plan or storytelling deliverable.

5. Plan and act: You receive your deliverable within 5 business days so you can execute your next steps with ease and efficiency.

6. Discuss and revise: The final optional step is a 30-minute call plus up to three rounds of revisions to address any concerns or questions, make any necessary changes, and hand off the deliverable.

Pricing is transparent and flat-rate, reflecting the expanding scope and strategic depth at each tier:

• Story ($2,500): A focused, 1-hour live session designed to turn a clearly defined need into a polished, immediate storytelling product (such as an Executive Bio, Op-Ed, or Pitch Deck Outline).

• Strategy ($5,000): A 2-hour live session that evaluates multiple opportunities, defines your primary need, and delivers both a comprehensive Strategy Creative Brief and an immediate storytelling product.

• Vision ($7,500): Our most comprehensive 3-hour live engagement. Maps your broader landscape, business model, and surrounding challenges to deliver a complete Landscape Map, Strategy Brief, and immediate storytelling product.

Every engagement includes deep-dive pre-session analysis, live collaboration, synthesis, a 30-minute follow-up alignment call, and one round of revisions.

Payment is due upon booking to secure your live working session and initiate pre-session intake analysis.

Your investment covers much more than just the time we spend together on the call. To ensure we maximize every minute of live collaboration, every session includes:

• Pre-Session Tailoring: I review your pre-session survey responses and build a customized agenda specific to your goals.

• Live Facilitation: Complete focus and dedication to helping you achieve your goals during our 1- to 3-hour session.

• Post-Session Synthesis: A comprehensive write-up delivered straight to your inbox, outlining our session insights, research-backed recommendations and a suggested roadmap.

• A 30-Minute Follow up Call to discuss your results and any needed revisions. This step is optional if you don’t need it.

• A Fully Finalized Deliverable within five business days of the session. One round of revisions is included.

The Pre-Session Tailoring is specifically designed to start the alignment process before we meet in person. • 24-Hour Grace Period: Sessions are fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, sales are final as work and research begin.

• Standard Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session at no cost up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled start time using the link in your confirmation email.

• Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment incurs a 10% administrative fee to cover calendar holding and preparation costs.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of your session, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
